Västra Nylands folkhögskola is an independent, Finland-Swedish folk high school. The school endeavours to raise the students’ level of general education, it provides specialized courses, it promotes further studies and supports a positive overall personality development, including social competence.
VNF is located at the beautiful park area near the center of Karis in Raseborg. The campus area with four houses on two floors is located next to Svartå river (Mustionjoki) and its leafy promenades.
The main language of teaching is Swedish, but both Finnish and English are used on occasion.
